Description and comments: "the Moors who ha settled in Spain forgot the superstittions of the Koran, adopted this hunting art and are seen attacking a bull with their spears in a field."  "The bull, pierced through by a lance, after having thrown over a rider, watches the horse run away.  Three Moors, dressed in the same manner as the Mameluks brought to Spain by Napoleon, attack the wild animal in an attempt to save their injured friend.  It is a carefully made plate, well conserved.  The gestures of all the figures, not excepting those of the animals, are corrsponding perfectly with the main idea of the picture."
