Comment: Brilliant example of the late caricature of George Cruikshank, last of the great caricaturists beginning with Hogarth.  He specialized in satirizations of fashion and culture, rather than politics.  In this plate, young Master Will Blockhead encounters the shocking realities of life aboard a ship of the Royal Navy.
Coloration of presentation varies slightly from original print and background hue/s.
